Training & Support
We provide free and complete training manuals which include video guides and tutorials. At the point of purchase we also provide online or telephone support to guide you to the correct tutorials and supply additional information specific to your needs. For specific onsite training we offer half and full day rates please enquire at email@example.com for additional information.
Support is provided on two levels. Level one is for basic troubleshooting and general enquiries. For technical and advanced support enquires that relate to API integrations, data import/export and video synchronisation we have dedicated staff that respond to support tickets within 24 hours. Raising tickets and requesting support should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 01344 623883.
